Senior Software Developer (Full-Stack / Mobile)

We're a small, remote product team building VitaBaby. You'll ship features end-to-end across our mobile app and backend — your work reaches parents fast.

What you'll do

  • Build and ship features for the VitaBaby app (iOS / Android) and its backend APIs
  • Turn parent-first ideas into clean, reliable, well-tested code
  • Own features from spec to release; help shape our technical direction
  • Care for performance, privacy and data security (we handle sensitive family data)

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years building mobile or full-stack applications
  • Proficient with React Native / Flutter and a backend stack (Node.js or equivalent)
  • Comfortable across the stack: APIs, databases, CI/CD
  • Self-directed and clear in async, remote communication

Nice to have

  • Health-tech or consumer-app experience; interest in nutrition / parenting products
  • Experience with app-store release pipelines and analytics

Senior Business Development Manager

We're growing VitaBaby across the US, UK and Hong Kong. You'll open and grow partnerships — with parenting brands, retailers, clinics and community groups — and drive growth in your territory.

What you'll do

  • Identify, pitch and close partnership and growth opportunities in your region
  • Build relationships with parenting brands, retailers and community organisations
  • Represent VitaBaby at meetings and local events (field-based)
  • Feed market insight back to the product team

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in sales, business development or partnerships
  • Strong relationship-building and clear, persuasive communication
  • Self-starter who can own a territory and hit growth targets
  • HK role: fluent English + Cantonese · US/UK role: native-level English

Nice to have

  • Experience in consumer apps, health / wellness, or the parenting / baby sector
  • Existing network in retail, healthcare or parenting communities

You'll be the warm, reassuring voice parents meet when they need help. First-time parents can feel anxious — your patience and care make their experience calm and supportive.

What you'll do

  • Answer questions clearly and kindly; guide parents through features
  • Gather user feedback and share it with the product team
  • Write and maintain gentle, easy-to-follow help articles and FAQs

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in customer support, customer success or service
  • Excellent written communication and genuine empathy
  • Calm, patient and organised; comfortable in a remote team
  • HK role: fluent English + Cantonese · US/UK role: native-level English

Nice to have

  • Experience in community or parenting-related roles
  • Familiarity with help-desk tools and app-store review management

You'll keep VitaBaby running smoothly behind the scenes — the organised backbone of a small, fast-moving team.

What you'll do

  • Keep day-to-day operations running: scheduling, records, documentation
  • Coordinate with partners, suppliers and team members
  • Support basic finance, HR and reporting admin
  • Help organise and maintain our internal knowledge base

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in admin, operations or coordination
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and reliable with confidential information
  • Strong written English; comfortable with Google Workspace and common tools

  • Experience in a startup or small team

Senior Digital Marketing Manager

You'll grow how parents discover VitaBaby — across app stores, search, content and social — with honest, parent-first messaging.

What you'll do

  • Plan and run digital marketing: content, social, email and paid where relevant
  • Own ASO (app-store optimisation) and organic growth for iOS / Android
  • Create parent-first content that's genuinely helpful (within our compliance guidelines)
  • Track performance and iterate on what works

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, ideally for apps or consumer products
  • Hands-on with SEO/ASO, content, analytics and social
  • Clear, warm copywriting; careful with health-related claims

Nice to have

  • Experience in health / wellness or the parenting / baby sector
  • Familiarity with App Store Connect / Google Play Console and ASO tools
